Omega CRM Consulting is looking for a Content Management Business Support Specialist to collaborate with a leading global pharmaceutical company.
About the Role
We are seeking a proactive and detail‑oriented Business Support Specialist to join our team. This role focuses on operational support for content management processes within a regulated environment. You will collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure the efficient execution of marketing and promotional content workflows.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage and maintain content within Veeva Vault PromoMats, ensuring compliance with industry standards and internal guidelines.
* Support content creation and publishing processes using web‑based applications for marketing and promotional materials.
* Handle and prioritize incoming requests through Jira, ensuring timely resolution and clear communication with stakeholders.
* Collaborate with teams following Scrum methodology, participating in sprint planning and daily stand‑ups.
* Assist in the coordination of marketing materials and campaigns for Animal Health products.
Requirements
* Education: Bachelor’s degree required in Life/Health Sciences, Marketing, Communications, Information Technology or related areas.
* Experience: Previous experience in pharmaceutical or animal health industry required. Mandatory: Hands‑on experience with Veeva Vault PromoMats. Familiarity with content management systems and marketing workflows.
* Skills: Strong understanding of marketing principles and compliance requirements. Proficiency in Jira and agile project management tools. Working knowledge of Scrum methodology. Excellent organizational and communication skills.
* Language: Fluent English (business level) mandatory.
