We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Area Sales Manager – Iberica (Spain & Portugal) to join our Global Commercial Team. In this role, you will be responsible for growing Mute’s presence across Iberica through strategic sales development and strong partner relationships.

What you’ll do:

* Drive Mute’s sales growth across the CEE region by developing and executing regional go-to-market strategies aligned with global business objectives.
* Build and expand a strong network of distributors and partners, providing them with the tools and support needed to succeed.
* Develop relationships with architects, designers, fit-out companies and key decision makers to position Mute as a preferred acoustic solutions partner.
* Identify new business opportunities by monitoring market activity, investment projects and end-user trends across the region.
* Own the regional sales pipeline and revenue targets, ensuring effective forecasting and CRM management in close collaboration with the Global Commercial team.
* Partner with Marketing and Product teams on trade shows, events and market initiatives while sharing customer and market insights.
* Represent Mute across Iberica through regular travel, client meetings and industry events, including hosting partners in our showrooms in CEE region.

What you bring:

* 5+ years’ experience in B2B sales or account management, ideally in furniture, design, architectural products, construction or related industries.
* Experience in cooperation with such groups of clients as Dealers, Architects, Design & Build firms and real estate developers in the region.
* Proven track record of developing distribution networks and achieving sales targets across multiple countries.
* Understanding of the procurement processes in the real estate and fit‑out sectors; ability to track and influence project pipelines.
* Fluent in English with excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills;
* Strong negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to work independently and adapt to diverse cultural environments.
* Willingness to travel within the assigned territory (mainly Spain and Portugal).
* Proficiency with CRM and sales tools; comfortable with data analysis and reporting.

Nice to have:

* Background in furniture, workplace design, or building products.
* Experience selling to distributors, architects or corporate end‑users across multiple regions.
* Experience coordinating showroom operations or organising client events.
