Where You'll Be Based :
Primarily based in our Madrid head office, with occasional remote work and travel to European markets.
What You’ll Do :
As a trusted partner to the Regional Operations Director, you’ll work across the business to :
* Lead HR for Your Area : Drive performance, ensure compliance, and align HR goals with business strategy.
* Build Leadership Capability : Coach and support senior leaders to navigate people challenges and lead effectively.
