We are looking for a proactive, organized, and service-oriented individual to take on the role of Receptionist & Office Manager at a well-established international retail company. You will be the first point of contact at the office, combining front desk duties with key administrative responsibilities to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
Key Responsibilities:
* Monitor and control general office expenses, ensuring alignment with the assigned budget.
* Manage relationships with suppliers and coordinate external services.
* Prepare sales reports and analyze business indicators and KPIs.
* Keep internal management systems up to date.
* Welcome and assist national and international clients and visitors with professionalism and warmth.
* Provide operational support to the executive team and collaborate with other departments.
* Organize documentation, coordinate schedules, and manage office logistics.
What We’re Looking For:
* Completed university studies in Business Administration, Marketing, or related fields.
* High proficiency in English and Catalan (spoken and written). Both languages are used daily in our international environment.
* Previous experience in similar roles, ideally within multinational companies.
* Strong command of IT tools (Microsoft Office, ERPs).
