The Role
As a Customer Success Manager, you'll be the trusted partner of our international B2B clients. Your role will be to ensure long-term success and help them get the most out of the product.
What You’ll Be Doing
* Own a portfolio of clients and lead onboarding & engagement
* Provide strategic support to maximize product adoption
* Monitor usage trends and proactively solve potential issues
* Collaborate with sales, product, and support teams
* Advocate for the customer’s voice internally
What We’re Looking For
* 2+ years of experience in Customer Success or Account Management
* Experience in SaaS, B2B tech, or product-led organizations
* Excellent communication skills in English (bonus : German / French / Italian)
* Confident with CRM tools like HubSpot or Salesforce
* EU citizenship or current work authorization within the EU
