Description
The Northern Cluster Digital Associate Implement Digital Marketing / Media plans and programs through marketing, merchandising, creative strategies and affiliated programs to promote organization's products and services through the Internet or other digital channels to increasing exposure to and business from the target audience.
Key Responsibilities
1. Deliver critical processes to the implement digital marketing programs and analyse their effectiveness
2. Schedule, prioritize and manage activities to track usage trends of the organization’s digital platforms, including number and quality of visitors and advertising campaign impact
3. Instruct, direct and review implementation of digital marketing/media programs for Omnichannel strategy by taking digital interactions (social media and e-commerce purchases) and integrating them with interpersonal interactions
4. Build relationships with search engines and portal sites that are aligned with the digital goals
5. Identify changes in trends ensuring that product/service information is up-to-date and is comprehensive to existing and potential customers across all digital channels.
6. Identify plans to maintain graphic designs and layout throughout different digital channels to support the organization's image, identity and brands through a diverse mix of web material, graphical user interfaces and multimedia
Skills & Qualifications
7. Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Advertising, Business, or related field. Master´s degree is preferred.
8. 3-5 years of experience in digital marketing with proven track record of managing successful digital marketing campaigns across META, TT, DV 360 (ideally in Beauty/Skincare or FMCG sector).
9. Hands-on experience in managing successful D2C digital marketing campaigns across the purchase funnel and various channels: PPC, Social, Display, Retargeting, experience is required.
10. Strong knowledge of digital marketing channels including SEO, SEM, social media, content marketing, email marketing and display advertising.
11. Prior experience of working with/in a media agency
12. Proficiency in English with a focus on business communication as part of a European team + 1 minimum additional language required (Italian or French)
