Job Description
* 1. Responsible for the Sales of TBEA Solar Inverter and Power Station Solutions(both central and string inverter), BESS solution, Statcom, Micro-grid, SCADA and TB-eCloud services in utility scale solar projects.
* 2. Develop and maintain strong relationship with the key accounts, organize and coordinate company resources to fully understand customers' requirements, help customer to optimize the design and improve LOCE.
* 3. Make in-time market investigation and report to company, giving suggestions on company’s market development and approach strategy to the key accounts;
* 4. Help to optimize company's sales, technical support, delivery and service procedures to improve customer satisfaction to get stable and long term customer support;
* 5. Payment collection;
Requirements
* 1.Bachelor in sales, electronics, electrical, engineering or renewables, minimum 3-years of sales or business development experience in utility scale solar projects, having strong relationship with the key accounts.
* 2.Excellent teamwork player is a basic and must, and always target oriented.
* 3.Excellent communication skills and able to listen to customer’s requests carefully with patience, and strong coordination ability to lead the team to meet customer’s requirements.
* 4. Very good understanding of the local renewable policies.
* 5. Strong sense of risk control in daily operations.
* 6. Solar inverter, solar module sales and project development related experience is preferred.
