Main responsibilities
* Build relationships and convert leads into satisfied customers
* Serve as a key point of contact for the Team Manager and Sales function, liaising with the company’s headquarters
* Assess and understand the specific needs of potential clients, identify through digital acquisition channels, and recommend the most suitable products and services.
* Work closely with the Customer Service team to strengthen client loyalty by responding to inquiries via email and phone and ensuring their satisfaction through appropriate actions
* Contribute to the refinement and implementation of procedures and tools to support ongoing development within the market
Core skills / experience
* Previous experience as a sales consultant, with strong organizational skills in managing daily inbound calls and occasional outbound contacts
* Skilled in effectively handling objections and offering tailored solutions to meet potential client's needs
* Interest in embracing the multidisciplinary approach of an international start-up
