Job Description

To support our growth, we are seeking a Sales Development Representative in Barcelona, reporting to the Business Development Director. The SDR will identify, qualify, contact, and develop sales prospects for our ERP/MES software. This role involves reaching out to prospects via multiple channels, including Salesforce CRM, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and outbound lists, engaging with mid-management and C-level executives in manufacturing companies.

Essential Functions:
* Initiate communication with prospects via phone and email
* Generate and qualify new leads
* Gather market and industry data using various resources
* Develop relationships with prospects
* Address technical and business objections
* Prepare reports using CRM and other software
* Collaborate with Sales Development, Sales, and Marketing teams
* Use Sales Navigator to identify and contact prospects
* Make at least 45 calls per day using Groove/Outreach
* Meet monthly quotas for qualified leads
* Expand prospect list weekly with ZoomInfo and LinkedIn
* Record all contacts in CRM, including emails, calls, and trade shows
Basic Qualifications:
* Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
* Legal authorization to work in Spain (no visa sponsorship available)
Other Qualifications:
* Team player with a sense of responsibility
* Proficient in Salesforce CRM
* Experience in prioritizing sales opportunities
* Understanding of business functions
* Fluent in German and English
Nice to Have:
* Cold calling experience
* Technical sales background
* Experience selling ERP software
* Knowledge of manufacturing operations
