Responsibilities
* Develop and implement the global pricing strategy, ensuring alignment with overall business and financial objectives.
* Lead pricing initiatives to optimize pricing governance and execution across all levels of the organization.
* Oversee change management related to pricing frameworks, driving innovation and continuous improvement in pricing capabilities.
* Ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulatory standards, maintaining transparency in pricing practices.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including finance, marketing, and commercial leaders, to refine pricing models.
* Provide strategic guidance on pricing optimization to enhance profitability and commercial effectiveness.
Qualifications & Skills
* Master’s degree with extensive experience in pricing strategy and financial systems.
* Strong knowledge of business environments, including customer dynamics and distribution channels.
* Proven leadership by influencing experience, with the ability to guide teams and drive decision‑making processes.
* Excellent communication skills in English, with the ability to collaborate effectively across global and regional teams.
* Proficiency in pricing and financial tools, with the ability to analyze complex data sets to inform strategic decisions.
