Our Performance Improvement practice helps clients achieve and sustain full potential of their operations (supply chain management, sourcing and procurement, service operations, capacity optimization, efficiency and effectiveness improvement). You will join our process analytics and mining team, either as Business Value Analyst or Data Engineer:
- **Business Value Analyst**: You will work side by side with our customers to help them achieve their strategic goals and realize significant value using **Celonis**, across processes and industries and accelerate the adoption of the platform. You will need to combine deep process and industry expertise, data analytics, change management and structured thinking and communications
- **Data Engineer**: You will extract, transform and load data from a variety of ERP systems (for example SAP) to **Celonis**. Ability to write performant, scalable and easy to understand **SQL** is a must, assessing dependencies within complex systems and prototyping fast.

**You Will**
- **Identify, analyze and communicate** recommendations and sensitive improvements in processes to senior level client audience, leveraging Process Analytics, Mining tools and Business Process Reengineering
- You might need to work with **databases**, SAP, Oracle to extract, transform and load data that can be analyzed for process reengineering
- Support the growth of the practice by developing industry / functional knowledge and generating business opportunities with potential clients
- Contribute to **internal development** and growth of the firm through recruiting, marketing and training
- Play a **critical leadership role** by coaching and counseling business analysts and associates
**Education And Experience Required**
Advanced / graduate degree:
- Engineering, Business, Economics or equivalent degree
- Masters in Business Administration (MBA), Masters in Big Data, Masters in Strategy (MS) or equivalent degree
- Any of the available **Celonis Badges or Certifications**:
- **SQL** (Data Engineers)
- Previous experience (1-2 years) in Consulting, in particular in the operations management practice (lean, six sigma, TQM, supply chain, sourcing and procurement, service delivery) and/or technology strategy and management(IT strategy, agile development, service management)
- Experience with databases, extracting and loading data, cleansing and visualization (**PowerBI**, Qlik, Tableau )
- Data Science, with **Python, R** or other drag and drop tools
