This role is primarily focused on identifying and developing new partner relationships across the DACH region, while also supporting and growing collaboration with existing partners.Key Responsibilities:- Build and maintain a network of industry contacts to generate qualified leads through partnership channels.- Identify, attract, and onboard new partners whose customer base aligns with the company’s target profile.- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing partners to drive continuous lead generation.- Engage with potential partners and actively drive the acquisition of new partnership opportunities.- Register incoming leads in CRM, ensuring accuracy of source attribution and completeness of data.- Support partners during early-stage opportunity discovery and help position the company’s solutions effectively.- Participate in discovery meetings together with partners and their clients when required.- Prepare and send commercial proposals for partner-led opportunities.- Manage the sales process and close deals originating from partner channels.- Monitor deal progress and ensure successful conversion of partner-generated leads into revenue.- Expand and strengthen the partner ecosystem to increase partner-driven revenue.Must-Have Requirements- 3+ years of experience in partnership management, channel sales, or business development (in B2B and IT environments).- Experience working with CRM systems (e.G., Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar) for lead registration, pipeline tracking, and deal management.- Strong sales and negotiation skills, with the ability to manage opportunities through the full sales cycle.- Strong communication and relationship-building skills with both partners and end customers.- Analytical and organizational skills to track partner performance, pipeline, and deal progress.- Fluent German C1We offer:- Fully remote job under a B2B contract- Competitive salary- An open, collaborative, dynamic and international culture- Opportunity for personal and professional growth, supported by exciting challenges- An environment free of bureaucracy and corporate constraints – a culture where your opinion is highly valued and appreciated
