Accountabilities
- Drive outbound prospecting activities through email, phone, and social platforms to generate qualified leads and book meetings
- Build and manage multi‑channel outreach campaigns using tools such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator and other prospecting platforms
- Collaborate closely with Account Executives to align on territory strategies, target accounts, and pipeline development
- Conduct in‑depth account research to identify key decision‑makers and tailor outreach strategies
- Own the end‑to‑end outbound process, ensuring a smooth transition from prospecting to qualified meeting handoff
- Continuously refine messaging, scripts, and outreach strategies to improve conversion rates and pipeline quality
- Support regional go‑to‑market and marketing initiatives across both digital and in‑person formats
- Clearly communicate value propositions to technical stakeholders and stay informed about product and service updates
- Track performance against key metrics, including meetings booked and pipeline generated
Requirements
- 1–3+ years of experience in Sales Development or Business Development, ideally within cloud, SaaS, or technology environments
- Proven track record in outbound lead generation and achieving or exceeding sales targets
- Experience engaging with technical decision‑makers such as CTOs, VP Engineering, or DevOps leaders
- Strong understanding of multi‑channel prospecting strategies and tools
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic, fast‑evolving environment
- Self‑motivated, results‑driven mindset with resilience and a proactive approach
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to work independently and take ownership
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; additional European languages are a plus
- Comfortable working remotely and collaborating with distributed teams
