This role is critical in positioning our brands as preferred partners within the Iberian National Key Account network. /p p If you combine strong negotiation skills, commercial acumen and a passion for the outdoor/action sports industry — this opportunity is for you. /pp The main tasks of the position are: /p p The Key Account Manager will drive sustainable revenue growth, profitability and brand positioning across assigned key accounts in Iberia. /p pb Sales Management /b /pp• Establish Fox, Bell, Giro and Camelbak as strategic partners within Iberian National Key Accounts /pp • Drive sell-in and sell-through growth through structured outbound selling and promotional planning /pp • Develop and execute annual account plans aligned with Iberia and European strategy /pp • Negotiate annual commercial terms, margins, promotional calendars and joint business plans /pp • Own the full sales cycle: Pre-Book and Re-Order management /pp • Deliver accurate forecasting and pipeline management /pp • Achieve or exceed sales targets and KPIs /pp • Provide structured reporting on opportunities, risks and competitive activity /pp • Monitor sales performance and identify growth opportunities using internal systems and retailer data. /p pb Dealer Account Development /b /pp• Strengthen execution initiatives and improve brand presence at point of sale /pp • Deliver seasonal merchandising presentations and product clinics /pp • Coordinate seasonal communication programs and launch timelines /pp • Identify and develop Shop-in-Shop and Custom Shop opportunities in collaboration with Trade Marketing /pp • Partner with the European Ecommerce team to align digital execution with brand guidelines /pp • Ensure compliance with brand presentation standards /pp • Resolve operational issues related to orders, deliveries and after-sales service. /p pb Market Management /b /pp• Represent Revelyst across Spain, Portugal and Andorra /pp • Attend trade shows, dealer events and brand activations /pp • Monitor competitive activity, pricing, promotions and market trends /pp • Provide structured feedback to Marketing and Product teams /pp • Identify new business development opportunities within the territory /pp • Represent the voice of the Iberian market in internal strategy discussions. /p p Position requirements: /p p Qualifications: /pp• 5+ years of relevant sales experience /pp • Minimum 2 years working with Key Accounts in Iberia /pp • Strong knowledge of the Iberian sporting goods retail network /pp • Experience delivering high-level presentations and commercial negotiations /pp • English level B1 minimum (daily interaction with EU HQ) /pp • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) /pp • Basic Salesforce knowledge /pp • Ability to travel up to 80% of the time /pp • Full driving license. /p p Competences: /pp• Strong negotiation and influencing skills /pp • Results-oriented and target-driven mindset /pp • Excellent communication skills at all levels — from showroom to boardroom /pp • Strong commercial and financial acumen /pp • Ability to analyze data and translate it into action /pp • Autonomous, proactive and solution-driven /pp • Comfortable working under tight deadlines and managing multiple priorities. /p pb Preferred /b /pp• Experience in cycling, outdoor sporting goods or action sports industry /pp • Personal interest in mountain biking, cycling or outdoor sports. /p p Ready to accelerate our brands across Iberia?
