A global leader in hot runner systems and components for injection molding is seeking an Area Sales Manager to lead sales efforts across Valencia, the Mediterranean corridor, Madrid, southern Spain, and Portugal. This is a strategic commercial role focused on selling technical solutions across a portfolio of six brands within the group.
The position is remote-based, with frequent travel to client sites, and is designed for a motivated sales professional who thrives in technical sales, solution development, and customer relationship management.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and manage client relationships across the Iberian market, focusing on industrial and manufacturing clients.
Promote a complete range of injection molding solutions and represent six distinct brands under the corporate group.
Serve as the main point of contact for clients, identifying technical needs and coordinating with internal departments (engineering, service, post-sales).
Actively use Salesforce for reporting, pipeline management, and client tracking.
Work closely with service teams to ensure post-sales support and long-term client satisfaction.
Travel frequently within the assigned region (Valencia, Murcia, Madrid, southern Spain, and Portugal), primarily by car.
What We’re Looking For
Minimum 4–5 years of B2B sales experience, ideally in the plastics or industrial sector.
Knowledge of plastic molding or injection molding processes is a strong plus, but not mandatory.
Hands-on approach, high energy, and a proactive attitude are key to success in this role.
Fluent in Spanish and able to communicate effectively in English, the company’s internal language.
Experience with sales tools and CRMs, particularly Salesforce.
Driver’s license and strong willingness to travel across the territory.
Strong interpersonal skills, customer orientation, and solution-focused mindset.
