Job Responsibilities
* Serve as the point of contact for all internal questions regarding product inspection systems on the production line (Vision systems, Spark tester, Sensors, Laser).
* Act as the quality representative for all projects involving inspection systems, including planning and monitoring project progress.
* Conduct final inspection and approval of new inspection systems at the supplier site (FAT), as well as installation and qualification on the company line (SAT).
* Maintain existing inspection systems in collaboration with relevant technical departments.
* Calibrate and monitor existing inspection systems; document results.
* Ensure systematic system backups and individual program backups.
* Define tolerances and acceptable values for existing inspection programs to minimize pseudo scrap and enhance detection rates.
* Train production and technical staff in inspection system handling and troubleshooting.
* Standardize and continuously improve existing inspection systems (e.g., software updates, sensor renewal).
* Create and revise work instructions related to inspection system duties.
* Implement Group Standards.
* Manage admin passwords for vision systems.
