Description du poste
As the person responsible in Madrid for the transformation of R&D Banking Components Payments and delivery, and in a context of change in the R&D Banking Components Payments business, several tasks must be carried out in parallel:
* Responsible for transformation in Madrid :
* Understanding the ecosystem, business, and short-, medium-, and long-term challenges, enabling us to approach the mission with confidence and adapt the organization of the teams
* Developing, executing, and reporting on the transfer plan in collaboration with Banking Components Payments management and existing management in Madrid
* Securing the recruitment of the necessary resources in Madrid and Valencia
* Monitoring and reporting risks and alerts related to the transformation plan
• Taking a step back to improve overall delivery :
* Close support for managers
* Review of processes and team operations (with experts if necessary) :
* Understanding of issues by teams
* Development process
* Quality
* Agility
* Offer/R&D synergy
* Synergy between teams
* Reporting to Banking Components Payments management
Qualifications
* Languages spoken: French, English, Spanish
* Experience
* Significant experience in managing medium to large-scale projects/programs
* Important: Direct client management
* Working with remote teams (in India, if possible)
* Implementing transformation projects
