Customer Experience Specialist Role
This role is the first point of contact with Iberia customers, ensuring high-quality support and differentiating service.
Key Responsibilities:
* Participate in local and international ad hoc projects
* Support department leaders and manager on company objectives
* Actively participate in team meetings and contribute process improvement ideas
Main Activities:
* Respond to customer requests for product information and order statuses
* Process customer orders under company procedures
* Manage shipment incidents with couriers
* Monitor backorders and notify customers as needed
Collaboration and Communication:
Direct contact with Spanish and Portuguese markets, interacting with multiple departments including Distribution Center, Commercial Team, IT, Financial, Marketing, and Professional Services.
Requirements:
* 5+ years experience in similar positions
* Portuguese/Spanish bilingual, English medium
* Soft skills: communication, teamwork, positive attitude, empathy, emotional intelligence, active listening
* Hard skills: office package, Salesforce, App Management
