Functional Consultant (Junior) (Level 2 Support)

Job Description
We are seeking a junior consultant (no experienced) to join our support team, providing Level 2 functional expertise in SAP MM (Supplier master data - Business Partner).
The idóneo candidate will be responsible for data and user management, resolving incidents, analyzing system issues, and supporting enhancements related to supplier master data in SAP.
Responsibilities
- Provide Level 2 support for SAP MM-related incidents, service requests and data/user management
- Analyze and troubleshoot system issues, ensuring timely resolution
- Collaborate with business users and technical teams to implement process improvements
- Support configuration changes and testing activities
- Document solutions and maintain knowledge base
- Escalation to level 3 if needed
Requirements
- (Nice to have) Experience in SAP MM
- (Nice to have) Experience with incident management tools (e.g., ServiceNow, Remedy)
- (Nice to have) Understanding of basic procurement process and supplier master data in SAP
- Good communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Languages: English mandatory (B2-C1) & French B1-B2 is nice to have
