Its platforms support dealerships and OEMs in managing sales, customer relationships, and digital transformation processes, helping businesses improve efficiency and customer experience across the vehicle lifecycle.
About the Department
The internship will take place within the Marketing Department, specifically in collaboration with the Marketing Operations and Regional Marketing teams. This area plays a key role in generating demand, managing leads, and supporting the sales pipeline through data-driven strategies and digital tools such as CRM systems.
The participant will be exposed to the intersection between marketing and sales, gaining insight into how B2B SaaS companies structure their commercial growth processes in an international environment.
Training Objectives Adaptive Management and Innovation Programme
Throughout the internship, the student will develop practical knowledge aligned with the Master’s curriculum:
- Adaptive Management Strategies: Learn how marketing and sales processes are structured and optimized in a fast-paced SaaS environment.
- Innovation in Business Contexts: Understand how digital tools (e.g., CRM systems like Salesforce) enable scalable and efficient demand generation.
- Data-Driven Decision Making: Learn to interpret lead data, conversion metrics, and campaign performance indicators.
- Process Optimization: Observe and contribute to improving lead management workflows and data quality practices.
- Productivity & Workflow Management: Gain experience prioritizing tasks and managing multiple activities within structured timelines.
Learning Activities
Under supervision and with a strong formative focus, the participant will:
- Learn how to manage and qualify inbound leads, ensuring accurate data registration in CRM systems.
- Support the conversion of leads into sales opportunities, understanding pipeline development processes.
- Develop skills in CRM data quality and process standardization, ensuring consistency and reliability of information.
- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to understand cross-functional workflows and communication dynamics.
- Participate in campaign and event follow-up activities, learning how marketing initiatives translate into business opportunities.
All activities are designed as supervised learning experiences and will progressively increase in complexity as the student develops competencies.

- Continuous Evaluation: Structured follow-ups will ensure alignment with learning objectives.
