About S&EM Iberia
Supply & Energy Management Iberia (“S&EM Iberia”) is a local Business Platform (BP) of ENGIE S&EM Global Business Unit. The Business Platform is active across Energy Management (Asset Optimization and Trading) and Client’s businesses (Wholesale and B2B), with presence in Spain (mature footprint) and Portugal (under development). The entity is composed of 90 highly skilled energy professionals from 12 nationalities, with a solid expertise in Iberian power and gas markets. We are looking for a highly motivated trainee to join our Short-Term Power Trading team in Madrid. This position will focus on data analysis, modelling and market intelligence to support trading activities in the Iberian power markets (Spain and Portugal).

* Proficiency in Python and/or other data-related tools.
* Strong interest in energy markets.
* Background in engineering, applied mathematics, physics, economics or similar.
