**Job Title: Senior Pizza Chef**
**Location**: Luxury 4-star Hotel, Ireland
**Position Type**: Full-time, Permanent contract
**Start Date**: February 2024
**Accommodation provided - Free**
**Requirements**:
- EU Nationality
- Minimum 4 years of experience as a Pizza Chef.
- Ability to work independently and within a team.
- Culinary degree or relevant certification preferred.
- HACCP training.
- Strong knowledge of pizza-making techniques, ingredients, and equipment.
- Previous oven baked pizza experience.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Knowledge of food safety and hygiene regulations.
- Creativity and innovation in designing new pizza recipes.
**Duties and Responsibilities**:
- Prepare and cook a variety of pizzas according to the hotel's standards
- Ensure the quality and presentation of each pizza meet the hotel's high standards
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to coordinate overall menu offerings
- Manage and maintain a clean and organized pizza station
- Monitor and control inventory related to the pizza section
- Train and supervise kitchen staff in pizza preparation techniques
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations in the kitchen
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends and incorporate new ideas into the pizza menu
- Collaborate with the hotel's executive chef to create seasonal and special pizza offerings
- Ensure efficient and timely production of pizzas during peak hours
- Maintain a positive and professional attitude in a high-pressure kitchen environment
