**Position Summary**
Drive the execution of the HR strategy in the factory. Promote an engaging working environment and support Managers and Employees with HR people practices (Performance, Talent, Compensation). Ensure implementation of Education & Training. Manage the relationship with Employee representatives and support SHE plan. Maintain the relationship with Trade Unions and as a part of the Leadership Team, build and implement the Factory Strategy.

**A day in the life of...**
- Drive the execution of the People Strategies & Plans that attract, develop, and retain employees to support the organizational short
- and long-term business needs to drive competitive advantage and address opportunities and threats.
- Contribute to the organizational transitions using best practice change management methodologies, in accordance with Nestlé Leadership Principles.
- Support the Performance and Talent Management cycle through objective and development plan setting, performance calibration and talent development.
- Maintain effective win-win working relationships with managers, employees and their representatives through an environment that fosters communication and co-operation.
- Promote and foster a culture and environment that is productive, open, empowering, safe, and equitable.
- Work as part of cross functional / NiM CoE HR teams to develop HR practice and process developments that enhance the HR contribution to the business.
- With the support of the RRLL CoE, coordinate and manage the relationship with local employee representatives. Implement employee relations strategy at site level.
- Enhance and maintain productive dialogue with employees, trade Unions and other workers' representatives.
- Ensure implementation of Education & Training methodology in the factory.
- Ensure that new contractor/supplier are managed in the system to comply with the local legislation in terms of laboral risks as CAE (Coordination Actividades Empresariales) Superuser.
- Be the Point of Contact for Facility & General services issues and opportunities.
- Align with Central team to benchmark best practices and implement initiatives.
- Evaluate yearly CAPEX office-related expenditures and support the Project Management team in the yearly implementation.
- Support the Factory Management in the relationship with local authorities.
**What will make you successful**
- 2-3 years’ Work experience in one of CoE/CoS functions.
- Experience working in a large, matrix organization is preferred.
- Familiarity with HR processes.
