Your mission: ensure operational excellence, high product quality, and on‑time delivery while fostering a strong safety culture. ** Vos Missions** ** Lead Industrial & Supply Chain Performance**Supervise day‑to‑day production and logistics operations
- Drive efficiency, quality, and productivity improvements
- Ensure product quality and regulatory compliance
- Manage subcontractors and site infrastructure
**Shape the Agronomic Production Strategy**Define and implement the Spanish annual production plan (cereals, corn, sunflower, rapeseed)
Improve yield, reliability, and cost KPIs
- Collaborate with European teams on hybrid crop strategy (corn, sunflower, rapeseed)
- Evaluate competitor developments and influence European operations
**Financial & Administrative Leadership**Build and manage the OPEX/CAPEX budget
Optimize purchasing and cost control
**Drive Continuous Improvement & Safety**Promote a strong safety culture and ensure compliance
Lead improvement initiatives and process optimization
- Track performance and implement corrective actions
**Lead & Develop Teams**Manage a team of more than 30 permanent employees
Foster collaboration, accountability, and empowerment
- **Ce que nous attendons de vous**Master’s degree in agriculture/agronomy with at least 7 years of experience, in field seed production and/or in industrial operations and supply chain.
- Strong leadership and team management skills, ability to work in a matrix organization
- Customer orientation, and results‑driven mindset
