We are looking for a strong technical profile within the Body in White (Bi W) product development (design, engineering, or validation), combined with leadership skills to manage distributed teams and act as a key interface with the client.

Main responsibilities
Technical leadership & project management
Lead and coordinate Body in White (Bi W) activities within the project scope.
Ensure technical consistency and quality of deliverables related to vehicle structure and body components.
Support technical decision-making in collaboration with internal teams and the client.
Manage and coordinate distributed (remote and/or international) teams.
Allocate resources efficiently according to project needs and priorities, monitoring workload and team performance.
Act as the main point of contact with the client for Bi W topics, understanding requirements and translating them into technical solutions.
Participate in technical reviews, meetings, and overall project follow-up.
Define and monitor the budget for the Bi W area, ensuring cost control and optimized resource allocation.
Track project KPIs (timing, cost, and quality).
Requirements
Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Automotive Engineering, or similar.
Solid experience in Body in White (Bi W) product development (design, engineering, or validation).
Proven experience in technical leadership and/or team management, ideally with distributed teams.
Experience working with automotive OEMs or Tier 1 suppliers.
Strong understanding of vehicle structure (closures, panels, reinforcements, joining technologies, etc.).
Experience managing client relationships and technical discussions.
Knowledge of project management and budget control.
High level of English (B2–C1). French is a plus.
