Medical Advisor (Internship) – Women’s Health
At Procare Health, a Spanish pharmaceutical laboratory with international reach, we are dedicated to the research and development of natural and scientifically proven solutions for women’s health and well-being.
We are looking for a Scientific Advisor Trainee to join our Medical team and gain hands-on experience in a highly dynamic, international environment.
This is not a purely research-based role we are looking for someone who enjoys communicating science, presenting data and interacting with healthcare professionals .
You will have the opportunity to work closely with cross-functional teams and be exposed to real Medical Affairs projects from day one.
What you’ll do:
* Support the planning, implementation and follow-up of clinical studies (clinical trials, observational studies, registries).
* Contribute to the development of medical plans aligned with global strategy.
* Provide scientific support to cross-functional teams (Marketing, Regulatory, R&D, Business Development).
* Participate in interactions with healthcare professionals and key opinion leaders (KOLs).
* Contribute to the preparation of scientific materials, publications, congresses and medical events.
* Translate complex scientific information into clear, engaging and impactful messages adapted to different audiences.
* Support the communication of clinical evidence across international teams.
* Assist in gathering and analyzing medical insights to support product strategy.
What we’re looking for:
* Degree in Medicine, Pharmacy or Life Sciences (Biomedicine, Biotechnology, etc.).
* Master’s degree or specialization in Medical Affairs, Pharmaceutical Industry or related field is highly valued.
* Previous experience in healthcare, clinical research or pharmaceutical environment is a strong plus.
* Strong communication and presentation skills are essential for this role.
* We are looking for candidates who enjoy presenting, interacting with people and communicating science not only writing scientific content.
* Ability to simplify and explain complex scientific concepts to different audiences.
* High level of English (C1 preferred).
* Availability to establish an internship agreement is required.
* Proactive, adaptable and eager to grow within an international environment.
