PRole - NOC Engineer /ppLocation - Remote, Spain /ppType - Permanent /ppbr/ppbJob Description: /b /ppb NOC technician with knowledge of 2G, 3G, 4G and 5G RAN /b /pp• Experience with Nokia and Ericsson radio equipment for the aforementioned technologies /pp• Experience with Tier 1 operators in Spain /pp• Extensive experience in N1 Technical Support, with extensive experience in RAN network management. /pp• Knowledge of RAN protocols, equipment, functionalities, etc. /pp• Ability to analyse, troubleshoot and propose solutions. /ppResponsibilities /pp• Management of N1 incidents, diagnostics, customer complaints and execution of BTPs. /pp• Proposing corrective actions for recurring issues. /pp• Management of the NOC team and ability to analyse quality /ppTools /pp• Systems for receiving activity and tasks, incident management and BTPs: iGRI /pp• Network Element Management Systems: those specific to the relevant RAN manufacturers. /pp• Network and Fault Management Systems: OMEGA, INFOVISTA, GRAFANA. /pp• Case escalation: iGRI, CEX. /pp• MS Office: Excel, PowerPoint and Word /ppLanguage /pp• Spanish is essential /pp• Candidates must be resident in Spain /pp• English would be an advantage. /p
