Teleperformance Spain, with more than 4,700 employees across 10 sites (certified with Great Place to Work and Top Employer), is looking for a group of highly-skilled professionals to join our team.
Your responsibilities:
1. Verification Operations: Process license, insurance, and business registration submissions to ensure compliance with quality guidelines for reviews and recertifications.
2. Reactive Support: Provide phone and/or email support for live advertisers.
3. Product Operations: Review content for guideline compliance, publish or deny reviews, evaluate escalated photo submissions requiring language support, and process Google Guarantee claims.
4. Quality Monitoring and Improvement: Review live provider quality results and collaborate to improve performance.
5. Provider Support and Retention: Work with providers to improve lead results, and report on at-risk providers and churn to support retention.
6. Onboarding Support: Prepare and set expectations with businesses about onboarding and go-live processes, understand regional onboarding requirements, and assist with information submission.
7. Ad-hoc Operations: Support additional operational tasks as needed.
8. Work Environment: Adapt to a fast-changing, dynamic workplace.
Minimum requirements:
* Native-level Dutch language skills.
* Advanced English language skills.
* Experience in fast-paced, scaled operations environments.
* Experience in a call center and customer-facing roles.
* High attention to detail and organizational skills.
* Strong written and spoken communication skills.
* Ability to produce high-quality work under strict deadlines.
* Proficiency in Google Docs/Sheets or Microsoft Word/Excel.
* Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Nice to have:
* Bachelor's degree in Business.
* 2+ years of experience in legal, trust & safety, vetting, or similar fields.
* Experience with local legislation or government entities.
* Knowledge of home services (plumbing, locksmiths, electrical, etc.).

* Full-time position (39 hours/week).
* Salary: €21,000 gross/year + up to €1,000 bonus annually.
