We are looking for a new
Commercial & Customer Support
to join the
Supply Chain department
at our offices in Terrassa. This position is responsible for managing national and international customer service and providing support to all our international subsidiaries.The main duties and responsibilities include, among others:
Order entry and management for national and international customers.
Delivery confirmation.Informing customers about order changes, delays, or stock shortages.Resolving order-related inquiries.Customer service.
Stock control of products, with special attention to high-turnover items.Incident management.Support to the sales department.Support for Supply Chain activities across subsidiaries.Who are we looking for?
International trade, Logistics, or similar studies.Office 365 experience.Previous experience in customer service from 3 to 6 years.Own vehicle for commuting to the facilities.High English skills, both written and spoken (B2 - C1).What do we offer?
Full-time position.Working hours:
Monday to Thursday from 8:
45 AM to 6:
00 PM, Friday from 8:
30 AM to 2:
00 PM.Flexible start and end times.Permanent contract.International environment.Offices located in Terrassa.Continuous training.
