Role OverviewThe IT INF NIO Network Foundation Services Team is seeking a System Engineer to lead the implementation and development of Cisco ISE as Network Access Control infrastructure within BI, collaborating with relevant product teams.
Responsibilities
Lead the implementation and development of Cisco ISE within BI as the System Lead.
Contribute to the successful rollout of NAC across global sites.
Participate in product, cross-product, and global discussions as the System Lead for NAC/ISE.
Actively participate as a member of a global team focused on Cisco ISE and NAC.
Ensure proper knowledge transfer and documentation from the Product Team to 24x7 operational teams.
Identify opportunities for automation and implement where possible.
Ensure services/systems adhere to company policies, laws, regulations, and that official SLC documentation is maintained.
Work closely with operational teams to ensure high-quality service delivery.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, or related field with 5 years of experience, or equivalent.
Expertise as a Subject Matter Expert on Cisco Identity Service Engine (ISE).
Deep understanding of RADIUS clients (Cisco switches, routers, WLC).
Deep understanding of RADIUS supplicants (802.1x and MAB).
Knowledge of automation using Python, Ansible is a plus.
High-level understanding of Azure Active Directory and MDM.
Familiarity with project management methodologies, especially Agile and Waterfall.
Experience working in an international and intercultural environment, with willingness to travel.
Excellent spoken and written English skills.
Self-driven with excellent communication skills, team collaboration, customer orientation, and teamwork.
