Experteer Overview As Product Manager for Mobile & Web, you will shape Softonic’s product strategy across mobile, web, and desktop to enhance the user experience for millions of monthly users. You’ll collaborate with Engineering, Design, Growth, and other teams to drive platform-wide innovation and mobile opportunity areas. You’ll translate user insights into prioritized roadmaps, KPIs, and measurable outcomes, balancing user satisfaction with business goals. This role offers the chance to impact how users discover and engage with Softonic’s products while growing in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.Compensaciones / Ventajas• Define and execute the product strategy and roadmap for the mobile, web, and desktop areas under your responsibility, aligned with company goals and user needs.• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Engineering, Design, Growth, Sales, Marketing) to design and optimize product experiences across devices.• Identify and drive initiatives to strengthen the mobile experience (mobile web and native apps) with focus on quality, usability, and scalability.• Use data and user insights to validate hypotheses, prioritize initiatives, and measure product success.• Contribute to defining product goals, success metrics, and KPIs.• Ensure a customer-centric approach that balances user satisfaction with business objectives.• Stay updated on industry trends and competitive movements to inspire product innovation.• Manage product development through all lifecycle stages using Agile methodologies to ensure timely, high-quality delivery.Responsabilidades• 7+ years of experience as a Product Manager or Product Owner in digital products, web environments• 4+ years of experience in mobile native apps• Strong understanding of digital user experiences, especially in mobile ecosystems• Experience in user engagement, onboarding, or retention strategies is a strong plus• Familiarity with mobile marketing, online advertising, or monetization models is desirable• Proficient in Agile/Scrum methodologies with experience leading cross-functional teams• Analytical mindset with hands-on experience using Google Analytics, Firebase, or Mixpanel• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills• Proficiency in English (verbal and written)Requisitos principales• Private Health Care• Hybrid Work Model• Dining Room• Gaming room & Terraces• Free Fresh Fruits, Coffee, Snacks & Drinks• Pizza & Beers Every Thursday
