Job Summary
The Walt Disney Company is seeking a Trading & Planning Analyst to join the Disney+ team in Spain & Portugal. This role is key to supporting commercial performance analysis and strategic decision-making for our streaming service across both markets.
Your Mission
As Trading & Planning Analyst, you will:
* Monitor and analyze key performance indicators including sign-ups, churn, engagement, content performance, and subscriber growth.
* Deliver clear insights and presentations comparing actual performance to forecasts (weekly, monthly, quarterly, annually).
* Conduct ad-hoc analyses to identify business opportunities and support internal decision-making.
* Collaborate daily with local Disney+ teams and EMEA trading and analytics teams.
* Act as the main point of contact for trading-related queries in Spain & Portugal, ensuring alignment with EMEA best practices.

* Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects and deadlines.
* Business acumen and understanding of consumer behavior.
* Excellent communication skills, capable of delivering compelling insights to various stakeholders.
* Confident, autonomous, and adaptable communicator across different audiences.
* High level of integrity and professionalism.
Your Background
* Minimum 4 years of experience in data analytics, digital media, marketing, consulting, or financial analysis.
* Proficiency in SQL, databases, and automation tools (dashboards, custom reports).
* Proven ability to translate data into actionable insights and strategic recommendations.
