We are a technology company with a clear mission: to make the world more accessible and inclusive . We are looking for a Head of Communications to lead our global communication strategy, strengthen our international visibility, and build strong relationships with media, institutions, and the user community. PURPOSE OF THE ROLE Lead NaviLens’ communication strategy to position the company as a global reference in accessibility, smart mobility, and inclusive innovation , strengthening our public presence, institutional relationships, and engagement with user communities and organizations in the accessibility sector.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Communication Strategy Design and implement the global communication strategy aligned with NaviLens’ mission and objectives. Storytelling & Content Create compelling narratives around NaviLens’ technology, impact, and global projects. Develop case studies, user stories, and content that communicate the value of our technology. Support leadership with presentations, speeches, and public communication materials.
Represent
NaviLens in forums, meetings, and initiatives related to accessibility and inclusion.
Institutional Communications
Support communication with public institutions, strategic partners, and international organizations. Develop materials for institutional projects and major deployments. Events & Thought Leadership Coordinate NaviLens’ participation in accessibility conferences, smart mobility forums, and technology events.
Internal Communication
Support internal communication initiatives to keep teams aligned with the company’s mission, strategy, and key milestones.
REQUIREMENTS Education Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Communications, Journalism, Public Relations, or a related field.
Experience 5 years of experience in corporate communications, public relations, or strategic communications.
Skills Excellent writing and storytelling abilities. Fluency in Spanish and English ; additional languages are a plus. NICE TO HAVE Passion for accessibility and social impact .
Experience in technology companies or startup environments.
