Local Partner / Business Developer In Spain

Join LingoFlow as a Local Partner / Business Developer in Spain! LingoFlow, a leading online corporate English language training provider, is seeking a proactive and experienced professional to represent us in Spain.


Role Overview

This autonomous, commission‑based role focuses on identifying strategic business opportunities, cultivating trusted relationships, and driving client acquisition within the B2B sector.


Responsibilities

* Identify and pursue new long‑term corporate clients (B2B) across industries.
* Leverage your network to initiate and cultivate trusted relationships with decision‑makers and key stakeholders.
* Lead meetings to showcase LingoFlow’s unique value proposition: tailored curricula, certified native‑speaking teachers, flexible online delivery powered by AI.
* Conduct client needs assessments to ensure proposals reflect industry, terminology, and proficiency goals.
* Represent LingoFlow in the local corporate community to strengthen market presence and credibility.
* Participate in regular check‑ins with the LingoFlow team to review progress, discuss challenges, and align on performance goals.


Qualifications

* Proven and extensive professional network within the corporate sector (HR, Training, Management) in Spain.
* At least 3 years of demonstrable success in B2B Business Development, Sales, or Corporate Consulting.
* Native fluency in Spanish and strong professional English proficiency.
* Exceptional communication, negotiation, and networking skills.
* Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, International Relations, or related field (Master’s is a plus).
* Proactive, entrepreneurial, resourceful, results‑driven mindset comfortable operating independently.
