¿Te apasiona la ingeniería y quieres crecer profesionalmente en una empresa líder? En Tetra Pak, buscamos un/a Ingeniero/a de Mantenimiento que se encargue de la instalación y mantenimiento de nuestros equipos, trabajando directamente en las instalaciones de nuestros clientes.
Formarás parte del equipo de Customer Service Operations, siendo la primera línea en el mantenimiento de maquinaria de procesamiento y envasado de alimentos. Tu labor será clave para garantizar la seguridad alimentaria y la eficiencia operativa en más de 160 países.
Nuestros equipos son esenciales para la industria alimentaria, y mantenerlos en óptimas condiciones es una prioridad tanto para nosotros como para nuestros clientes y las comunidades a las que servimos.
What you will do
Tus responsabilidades
- Realizar tareas de mantenimiento preventivo, diagnóstico y resolución de averías, así como instalaciones de complejidad media en las plantas de nuestros clientes.
- Utilizar herramientas del sistema TPMS (Tetra Pak Maintenance System) para reportar y documentar actividades de servicio
- Interpretar documentación técnica y seguir procedimientos globales
- Representar a Tetra Pak de forma profesional y proponer mejoras en las operaciones del cliente y en la calidad del servicio
- Mantener un entorno de trabajo limpio y seguro
- Cumplir con los protocolos de seguridad según las normativas de OHS y Tetra Pak, promoviendo una cultura de seguridad en el equipo

Lo que buscamos en ti
- Formación técnica: Titulación Universitaria en Ingeniería y/o Formación Profesional
- Hasta 1 año de experiencia en mantenimiento o instalación de maquinaria
- Disponibilidad para viajar hasta un 90% del tiempo (ajustable según mercado)
- Buen nivel de inglés (oral y escrito)
- Actitud orientada al cliente y ganas de mejorar
- Mentalidad de crecimiento y disposición para aprender
- Enfoque proactivo y compromiso con la seguridad
