Hypergrowth cybersecurity scale-up in Valencia are looking for a Sales Operations Analyst. You will support a high-performing sales team by enhancing the CRM, data insights and reporting, refining lead qualification, and improving overall sales operations. You will work closely with Sales and RevOps to streamline processes and provide data-backed recommendations that directly impact sales performance.
This role requires someone based in Valencia and happy to be in an office (hybrid).
What You’ll Be Doing:
* CRM Optimisation – Maintain and enhance HubSpot, ensuring data integrity, process automation, and seamless integration with sales tools.
* Lead Management – Develop and implement a lead qualification and lead scoring system to help prioritise high-quality opportunities for the sales team.
* Sales Operations Support – Assist in managing sales workflows, automating manual processes, and ensuring seamless handoffs between Marketing and Sales.
* Reporting & Analytics – Track and analyse key sales performance metrics, providing actionable insights to improve efficiency and conversion rates.
* Tech Stack Management – Ensure the sales team effectively uses Apollo, Gong, and other enablement tools to enhance productivity.
* Cross-Functional Collaboration – Work closely with Marketing, Sales, and Leadership to align processes and ensure data-driven decision-making.
* Process Improvement – Continuously assess and refine sales operations to remove bottlenecks and improve efficiency.
Your background:
* Experience in sales enablement, sales operations, or revenue operations within a fast-paced environment (preferably B2B SaaS).
* Strong understanding of CRM systems (HubSpot preferred), lead management, and automation tools (Zapier, Apollo, Gong).
* Data-driven mindset with experience using Tableau or similar reporting tools to measure and optimise sales performance.
* A proactive problem solver who thrives in a fast-growing, dynamic environment.
* Ability to collaborate cross-functionally and communicate insights effectively to sales leadership. • Strong analytical skills with a passion for process improvement and efficiency.
