What Can You Expect?
Wondering what your day-to-day will look like at TDC? As an HR Technology Business Analyst, your main responsibilities will include:
* Working closely with HR and business stakeholders to understand their needs, define requirements, and translate them into functional specifications for SuccessFactors modules.
* Supporting and evolving non-SF tools (Crossknowledge, Perceptyx, LinkedIn Learning, and Zurich's custom applications).
* Analyzing existing HR processes, identifying gaps, and recommending process improvements.
* Evaluating feasibility, cost, and impact of application changes with technology teams and external partners, supporting prioritization.
* Supporting the delivery of SuccessFactors functionalities, ensuring data integrity, security, and compliance.
* Developing and executing test plans, performing system testing, and collaborating with stakeholders for successful implementation and user acceptance.
* Supporting change initiatives, including communication and training related to HR technology.
* Collaborating with external vendors and consultants to ensure timely project delivery, adherence to SLAs, and effective issue resolution.
* Staying updated on industry trends and best practices in HR technology, recommending enhancements to optimize our HR tech landscape.
* Monitoring resource consumption and SLAs, providing management reports.
* Assisting in troubleshooting, analyzing, and correcting technical issues and data deficiencies.
* Supporting the HR central technology team in delivering HR projects and activities.
What Makes You a Great Fit?

* Bachelor’s or master’s degree (preferably in Business Management or Technology-related fields).
* Experience working in multicultural, international environments.
* Strong analytical skills and experience applying technology to business contexts, with consulting experience.
* Profound expertise in SAP SuccessFactors.
* Knowledge of technology operations services and processes.
* Result- and service-oriented, persistent, with high intercultural awareness.
* Team player with an open-minded attitude and strong outcome focus.
* Excellent communication skills in English; additional languages are a plus.
