We are leaders on digital technology services, and we provide large-scale technologic solutions to big companies. /p pstrong What are we looking for? /strong /pp We are looking for a Project / Programme Manager who will be responsible for leading and delivering strategic initiatives within a Wealth Management environment, ensuring successful execution across multiple workstreams. /p p The role requires strong governance, planning, stakeholder engagement, and end-to-end delivery oversight across complex, business-critical programmes. /p p The candidate will operate across cross-functional teams including Technology, Operations, Regulatory, and Client Reporting, ensuring alignment with business objectives and regulatory requirements. /p p strong Location: /strong 100% Remote (Spain-based candidates only) /pp️ strong Language: /strong High level of English required /p p strong Key Responisbilities: /strong /p pstrong1. Governance /strong /pulli Establish and maintain effective programme governance structures aligned with client standards /lili Define roles, responsibilities, and decision-making frameworks /lili Organize and lead governance forums (SteerCo, Programme Boards, working groups) /lili Ensure compliance with internal policies, risk controls, and regulatory requirements /lili Manage escalations and support timely decision-making /li /ul pstrong2. Planning and Dependency Management /strong /pulli Define and maintain integrated programme plans across multiple projects and workstreams /lili Identify, track, and actively manage interdependencies across systems, teams, and vendors /lili Ensure alignment between business and technology deliverables /lili Manage critical path, milestones, and deliverables /lili Proactively identify risks related to dependencies and propose mitigation strategies /li /ul pstrong3. Programme Reporting /strong /pulli Produce high-quality, executive-level reporting on programme status /lili Track and report progress against scope, budget, timeline, risks, and benefits /lili Provide clear and concise updates to senior stakeholders and leadership /lili Maintain RAID logs (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, Dependencies) and ensure regular updates /lili Drive transparency and accountability across all programme activities /li /ul pstrong4. Scope Management /strong /pulli Define and maintain programme scope in alignment with business objectives /lili Implement effective change control processes /lili Ensure all scope changes are formally assessed, approved, and communicated /lili Prevent scope creep through strong governance and stakeholder alignment /lili Ensure deliverables meet agreed requirements and business outcomes /li /ul pstrong5.
