What you ́ll do
Manage and grow sales with key Metal Packaging customers under the APP (Adhesive Technologies Packaging) business unit.
Drive account profitability and growth in alignment with Henkel’s strategic objectives.
Develop and implement annual joint business plans with strategic partners, leveraging all available growth levers.
Monitor account performance against business plans and proactively adjust strategies to meet targets.
Lead all sales activities in collaboration with the sales team and execute marketing initiatives with the Marketing Group.
Adapt and implement global product specifications for the local market, managing the approval process for global integration.
Conduct regular visits to customer sites and production facilities to support the field sales team and boost sales and profitability.
