Role Overview
As a D365 Customer Engagement (CE) Developer, you’ll be a subject matter expert applying your expertise to design and implement CRM solutions for our clients across all project phases. You’ll solve problems using CRM solutions and liaise between clients and project teams, including Project Managers, Back-End and Front-End (UX) Architects, and other CE professionals. This role offers the opportunity to work with Microsoft’s #1 partner, with a strong focus on personal development and training in both technology and consulting skills.
Responsibilities
* Proven experience with these technologies: Dynamics CRM Customer Service and Unified Service Desk .
* Analyzing, designing, developing, implementing, and maintaining Microsoft Dynamics CRM and Power Platform applications.
* Collaborating with global teams on CE technology projects.
* Providing consulting and client-facing services, either with an implementation partner or end user.
* Possessing a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Management Information Systems, or relevant work experience.
* Being a team player and effective communicator.
* Self-motivated with the ability to advise clients and internal stakeholders on technology solutions.
* Performing application development, complex coding, testing, and component design.
* Writing technical specifications and collaborating with functional teams to understand requirements.
* Prototyping, configuring, and testing business processes.
* Designing conceptual architecture and technical solutions.
* Using KPIs to measure and ensure project quality.
* Supporting clients in identifying challenges and improving their CRM systems.
