You will motivate your team to create a positive working environment, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention.A typical day at RegusStart with an informal team meeting over coffee to plan the day.Greet members and visitors at reception, assist them with their needs, and ensure they are comfortable and well-informed about our facilities.Meet new members to understand their business needs and facilitate networking opportunities within the centre.Coordinate the move-in process for large tenants, ensuring all preparations are completed.Engage with walk-in visitors interested in coworking memberships, providing tours and explaining benefits.Host monthly operations meetings for Community Sales Managers and regional managers.Conduct a walk-around in the evening to speak with members and gather feedback.About youWe’re seeking an experienced and proactive individual who can manage operations smoothly. You should be an excellent multitasker, anticipate issues, and motivate your team to deliver exceptional service. You should also be:
A strong communicator, experienced in customer service, ideally in hospitality or events.Approachable, confident, and capable of building strong relationships with clients.A proven leader who motivates and inspires teams.Problem-solver, happy to take ownership and resolve issues.Positive, enthusiastic, and adaptable to change.Proficient in MS Office and basic IT tools.In addition, you will:
