As part of Forvis Mazars' strategic move to create a centralized service to serve clients across Europe, we have created Global Compliance & Reporting service with teams, processes and technology that allows multinational groups to meet all its accounting, tax, payroll and legal obligations and commitments, both locally and internationally while having accurate information centralized and delivered from our CoE.
We are looking for a Senior Generalist / Administrative or HR Manager who will be based in our CoE in Barcelona working remotely for the HR team located in Switzerland.
Key Responsibilities
* Oversee and manage all HR administrative tasks, including employee lifecycle management, absences, accidents, and insurance coordination.
* Ensure accurate and up-to-date employee data in our ERP system.
* Coordinate and support onboarding and offboarding processes.
* Act as the go-to contact for employment contracts, certificates, training agreements, and internal regulations.
* Maintain high-quality HR data and create HR dashboards.
* Collaborate closely with other HR team members and the Payroll department.
* Contribute to various HR projects.
Your Profile
* Experience: +5 years of professional experience as an HR Generalist.
* Qualifications: Diploma of HR Specialist or equivalent.
* Knowledge: Strong expertise in Swiss labour law and HR administration.
* Languages: French native and excellent English skills.
* Skills: Analytical and pragmatic mindset, people management skills, team player with excellent interpersonal skills, flexible, dynamic, solution-oriented, adaptable, and proactive.
