We are looking for an experienced and motivated professional to take on a pivotal and expanded role as a Senior Consultant Web Application - Digital Operations. This position requires a robust blend of technical leadership, team management, product strategy, and specialized knowledge in data privacy (GDPR) and web tracking, focusing on both our Managed Website Services (MWS) and our Consent Management offerings.
Key Responsibilities
As the Senior Consultant, you will be the driving force behind two areas: the Managed Website Services (MWS) department and the Consent Management product line.
- Team Leadership & Operations (MWS)
- Team Leadership: Serve as the hands-on Team Lead for the 3-person MWS department.
- Task Prioritization & Management: Manage and prioritize the team's workload.
- Platform Expertise: Oversee the team’s utilization of our primary website builder tool, Sitejet.
- Process Excellence: Define, document, and manage all operational processes and projects within the department, utilizing tools like Jira and Confluence.
- Team Well-being: Actively foster a positive, supportive, and productive team environment, ensuring the professional development and well-being of all team members.
- Consent Management Product Owner & Implementation
- Product Ownership: Act as the Product Owner for the company's Consent Management offering.
- Compliance Expertise: Maintain up-to-date knowledge of current GDPR laws and ensure product adherence and compliance.
- Setup & Support: Implementation of the setup and ongoing support for the Consent Management Provider (CMP) across client properties.
- Product Development: Drive the further development of the Consent Management product, including feature definition and compliance enhancements.
- Web Tracking Implementation: Implement and manage client conversion tracking and other scripts by leveraging expertise in tracking scripts and Google Tag Manager (GTM).
- Product Strategy & Commercial Management
- MWS Product Owner: Drive the strategic development of the MWS product, including launching new features and new templates.
- Pricing & Financial Control: Develop, review, and control the pricing model and manage the invoicing process for both the MWS offering and the Consent Management product.
- KPI Reporting: Prepare and report on the most relevant Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for both the MWS department and the Consent Management product.

- Internal Contact: Serve as the key contact person for internal stakeholders, including Sales, Marketing, and
