Exide Technologies Energy Solutions division is developing and manufacturing stationary energy storage batteries, from backup power to large scale storage systems. Exides technology portfolio spans from multiple lead acid over to lithium ion technologies supporting the global energy transition and digitalization.
For our Battery Energy Storage Systems business (BESS), which is providing Commercial & Industrial and large storage systems, we are looking for a Customer Service Specialist.
For BESS, we specialize in solutions that serve a multitude of applications in utility scale and commercial & industrial (C&I) sectors, including renewable energy, time shift, self consumption, frequency control, peak shaving, fast charging, and energy trading. Our solutions are utilized for electric vehicle charging and renewable energy integration, both on and off grid, among others.
About the job:
The role is based in Sant Just Desvern (Barcelona) and will be the next daily responsibilities:
* Respond to inquiries from national and international customers via phone calls, emails, or other platforms.
* Support in occupational risk prevention tasks and service department coordination.
* Provide information about the company''s products and services.
* Process customer orders in the system, ensuring accurate entry.
* Coordinate with other departments to ensure the delivery of requested products and services, as well as the resolution of any issues.
* Track orders, deliveries, invoicing, and after sales service.
* Maintain customer database.
* Manage supplier orders to maintain adequate stock levels, as well as inventory management.
What we ask for:
* English advanced level spoken and written.
* Office intermediate knowledge.
* Familiarity with working with ERP tools.
