**Senior Project Manager
- Spain (Full Remote) - Big Insurance Company**
**Duties & Role**:
- Project Planning and Execution: Lead project planning sessions, coordinate staff and resources, and manage project progress to meet deadlines.
- Conduct meetings with stakeholders, present updates to senior management, and ensure effective communication and expectation management.
- Evaluate project risks, develop mitigation strategies, and resolve issues efficiently.
- Prepare status reports, escalate problems, and provide analysis to senior management.
- Ensure documentation of milestones and deliverables, and manage regional implementation projects for new products or regulatory changes.
- Align with organizational culture and client environment, manage project scope, oversee budgets, and ensure financial objectives are met.
- Track project timelines to ensure timely delivery of milestones.
**Skill, Knowledge & Experience**:
- Proactive and dynamic Project Manager Senior.
- This role requires strong communication skills to effectively conduct planning, execution, and follow-up meetings with stakeholders.
- Proficiency in English is mandatory, as it is the primary working language.
**Experience and Education**:
- Proven experience in managing integral implementation projects.
- Preferred background in insurance companies or similar industries.
- Minimum experience: Over 10 years.
- Profile: Senior Project Manager.
