You will act as the key interface between the European Operation Strategy Team and the Iberian Business Units, working closely with local commercial, medical, access, and back-office teams, as well as IT and external vendors. Working for UCB, you will discover a place where you can grow, and have the freedom to carve your own career path to achieve your full potential.Responsibilities Acting as the key interface between the European Operation Strategy Team and the Iberian Business Units.Leading the local execution of the global Operational Manager (OM) roadmap and own the Omnichannel Cycle Planning (OCCP) process for Iberia.Responsible for onboarding, data ownership, and the continuous improvement of operational tools and processes, including the Veeva CRM "ORBIT" platform and the Digital Assistant.Represent Iberia in global OCCP and Insights Team initiatives, ensuring local needs are reflected in global developments.Own and develop the OCCP process, including training, support, and stakeholder alignment.Lead onboarding for field and office teams on operations tools and processes.Ensure data quality and ownership in ORBIT across all relevant operational datasets.Maintain and enhance the Digital Assistant and provide 2nd-level support for ORBIT/Qlik.Drive adoption of innovative solutions and lead the Operations Champions Exchange community.Profile Bachelor\'s degree required; Master\'s degree preferred.Strong analytical skills and ability to consolidate and interpret large data sets.Demonstrated project management skills (planning, prioritization, time management).Hands-on experience with CRM systems, ideally Veeva ORBIT.
