Job Description
We are seeking a Quality Control Manager to join our international team at Biopharma Quality. This role will involve harmonizing QC laboratories globally and leading the start-up phase of QC units at new Grifols sites.
The main project will focus on setting up Grifols Egypt's new manufacturing site, ensuring compliance with Egyptian regulations, Grifols standards, and international standards.
Responsibilities
* Develop all Quality Control aspects of production, warehousing, and testing in Grifols Egypt manufacturing site.
* Ensure implementation of all QC requirements and prepare related documentation.
* Maintain compliance with industry quality standards, GMPs, and regulatory and safety aspects of the manufacturing site and its processes.
* Define harmonized strategies for QC planning to optimize manufacturing QC processes.
* Create a manufacturing QC organization chart, write job descriptions, and build a local manufacturing team for QC.
Requirements
* Life Sciences Degree (Pharmacy, Biology, Chemistry, Biotechnology, etc.) or Engineering Degree.
* At least 5 years of experience as Laboratory Manager in pharmaceutical companies.
* High proven knowledge of GMP and GLP environment.
* Advanced English skills (C1).
* Ability to travel approximately 40%.
