Experteer Overview In this permanent IT role within the Core Finance Tribe, you drive Oracle Fusion ERP/EPM capabilities to support FP&A, Controlling, and planning processes. You’ll translate business needs into system evolutions, ensuring alignment with the Core Model and IT roadmap. You’ll work across Solution Architects, PO, Tech Leads, and Integrators to deliver robust, scalable, and compliant solutions. This is a long-term, high-impact position with ongoing opportunities to grow within the department.Compensaciones / Beneficios - Serve as the main IT partner for FP&A and Controlling process owners - Lead workshops to capture needs and align requests with the Core Model and Oracle best practices - Translate requirements into clear, testable functional specifications - Design, configure, and optimize EPM Controlling & Forecasting models using Essbase (BSO/ASO), Calculation Manager, Groovy, and Smart View - Collaborate with Tech Leads and Solution Architects on data, integrations, security, and reporting impacts - Review designs and configurations via test cases and sign-offs, and support UAT and change delivery - Oversee transition from legacy to new ERPM models, ensuring data integrity and compliance - Manage data migration, reconciliation between ERP and EPM, and performance optimization - Standardize input templates and reporting structures;
