Data & analytics manager - product owner (barcelona)

Experteer Overview In this role you lead the design and delivery of analytics products for your region, shaping the data and analytics portfolio to align with Bacardi’s strategy. You’ll own end-to-end product delivery, governance, and value realization, working with regional partners and the DnA/Tech teams to staff analytics pods and ensure high standards. You’ll partner with business owners and vendors to meet SLAs and drive adoption of analytics solutions. This is a strategic, cross-functional role focused on impact, governance, and continuous improvement in analytics.Compensaciones / Beneficios
- Own end-to-end delivery and adoption of analytics products for the assigned region/function
- Coordinate cross-team efforts to staff analytics pods for product builds
- Collaborate with Project Management on planning, budget tracking, and documentation
- Contribute to solution architecture and design
- Lead Regional Analytics Governance Forums and support prioritization of analytics products
- Coordinate with DnA team members and Technical Support/Operations on enhancements
- Provide updates to BRMs and Business partners and escalate risks as needed
- Inform integral data and analytics portfolio team about requests and initiatives
- Support production analytics production issues and changes in delivery ownership
- Ensure post-delivery adoption and value realization with change management and user adoption teams
- Serve as primary contact with spoke teams in applicable regions/functions
- Participate in evaluating data/analytics emerging technologies and tools
- Engage vendors to maximize value and ensure SLAs are met
- Align partner service requirements with measured performance and scorecardsResponsabilidades

- Ability to translate business strategy into analytics requirements
- Technical knowledge of data structures, architectures, visualization principles/tools, data analysis techniques
