Key Responsibilities:
* Support monthly management reporting and financial analysis for the CFO.
* Assist with group consolidation and intercompany reporting processes.
* Analyze financial performance and provide actionable insights.
* Support with budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes.
2. Cost controlling & operations
* Analyze production costs, manufacturing variances, and product margins.
* Monitor and optimize inventory levels, stock valuation, and related KPIs.
* Collaborate with Operations and Procurement to identify cost-saving opportunities.
3. Compliance, audits & internal controls
* Support with the implementation of internal controls and ensure regulatory compliance.
* Support internal and external audits and liaise with auditors.
4. Systems & process improvement
* Assist in the implementation and optimization of ERP systems (e.G., SAP Business One).
* Contribute to improving financial processes and data quality across departments.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in financial controlling, accounting, or audit.
- Solid knowledge of accounting principles (IFRS, local GAAP).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in Excel;
experience with ERP systems (SAP B1 is a plus).
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Fluent in Spanish and English;
additional languages are a plus.
- Experience in an international or multi-entity environment is highly valued.
